We take your privacy seriously. Here’s how we handle your information in line with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA and applicable provincial acts).

1. What We Collect

• Information you give us in the quiz (name, email, travel preferences, emotional states, companions, milestones).
• Technical info (form responses, how you interact with our site, anonymous analytics).

2. How We Use It

• To generate your personalized Emotional Travel Blueprint.
• To improve our service by analyzing anonymized and aggregated data (e.g., which archetypes are most popular).
• To contact you with updates, only if you’ve given permission.

3. Where We Store It

• Your data may be stored by service providers such as Typeform, Airtable, Webflow, Kit, and Make.com.
• Some of these providers are located outside of Canada (including in the United States and Europe). By using Travel Boarding, you consent to this transfer.

4. How Long We Keep It

• We keep quiz responses and related data as long as needed to provide our service and improve it.
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see below).

5. What We Don’t Do

• We don’t sell your personal data to third parties.
• We may share aggregated insights (not tied to individual users) with partners to help improve the travel industry in the future.

6. Your Rights

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at support@travelboarding.com.
• If you request deletion, we will remove your personal identifiers (such as your name, email, and any directly linkable data).
• We may retain non-identifiable, anonymized responses (e.g., archetypes, travel preferences without identifiers) for research and product improvement purposes.

7. Children’s Data

• Travel Boarding is not designed for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
