Welcome to Travel Boarding! We’re excited to feature your local business as part of our growing community of authentic travel experiences. By submitting your information or participating in our certification or listing program, you agree to the following terms.

1. What We Do

• Travel Boarding promotes verified, local-first travel experiences through our platform and editorial content.
• We provide visibility, recommendations, and potential inclusion in curated itineraries or features.
• We do not act as your agent or reseller. You remain fully responsible for your own operations, pricing, and customer interactions.

2. Business Submission & Accuracy

• You agree that all information you provide (e.g., contact info, services, images, or descriptions) is true, accurate, and up to date.
• Travel Boarding may verify, edit, or reformat your submission to ensure consistency with our editorial and brand standards.
• You grant Travel Boarding a non-exclusive license to display your business name, logo, and related materials for promotional use within the platform and its associated channels.

3. Certification & Impact Score

• Participation in the Travel Boarding certification or “Impact Score” program is voluntary and subject to our internal review.
• Approval or certification is not guaranteed, and criteria may evolve over time.
• We reserve the right to revoke or suspend certification if provided information is found to be inaccurate or inconsistent with our values.

4. No Guarantees

• Being listed or certified does not guarantee bookings, exposure, or revenue.
• Travel Boarding is not responsible for customer behavior, cancellations, or disputes arising from your business activities.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Operate your business in compliance with all applicable local laws, permits, and safety standards.
• Ensure respectful, ethical treatment of travelers and your local community.
• Refrain from submitting fraudulent, misleading, or plagiarized content.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Travel Boarding is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, claims, or damages related to your participation, listing, or use of our platform.
• The service is provided “as is” during this early access phase.

7. Updates & Early Access Notice

• This platform is in early access, which means we may add, change, or remove features at any time.
• By participating, you acknowledge that occasional bugs, downtime, or design changes may occur.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
